中文摘要:目的 考察氟罗沙星注射液的稳定性,并预测其室温贮存有效期。方法 紫外分光光度法测定氟罗沙星注射液含量,用初均速法预测其有效期。结果 本品在光照下色泽变深,含量明显变化,室温、高温条件下稳定。室温贮存有效期为 1.5年。结论 初均速法预测氟罗沙星注射液有效期简便、迅速。同时本品应避光贮存。

Stability study of fleroxacine injection and prediction of its expiry term
Abstract:Objective To study statility of fleoxacin injection at room temperature as to predict its expiry term.Methods The content of fleroxacin injection was determined by UV spectrophotometry,the expiry term was predicted by initial average rate methods.Result The content of fleroxacine changed markedly and its color darkened when it was exposed to light.But it was stable when it was exposed to room temperature or high temperature.Expiry term predicted at room temperature is 1.5year.Conclusion Initial average rate method is convenient and rapid.The fleroxacin injection should be keep in a dark place.
