| 中文摘要:目的 研究姜黄挥发油洗剂对家兔皮肤石膏样毛癣菌的感染作用。方法 用家兔做石膏样毛癣菌感染模型,以联苯苄唑为对照,对姜黄挥发油洗剂进行药效学研究。结果 姜黄挥发油洗剂具有抗石膏样毛癣菌感染作用,其疗效与联苯苄唑比较无显著差异。对感染模型抗真菌作用的总有效率达87.5%。结论 姜黄挥发油洗剂具有抗真菌作用,本品安全可靠、治愈率高。 |

| Study on the treatment of rabbit dermatophytosis model caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes with turmeric volatile oil lotion |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effect on rabbit dermatophytosis infect model caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes of turmeric volatile oil lotion. METHODS The rabbit dermatophytosis caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes were used as infect model,and bifonazole as control group,the pharmacodynamics experiment of turmerit volatile oil lotion were carried out. RESULTS The turnieric volatile oil lotion had effect on the dermatophytosis infection caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes,and there was not significance compared with the control group. The total effective rate was 87.5%.CONCLUSION The turmeric volatile oil lotion has good curative effect against the epiphyte on the safe side and can be used in clinical study. |
