| 中文摘要:目的 建立盐酸氯胺酮控释片中盐酸氯胺酮的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,以C18为固定相,乙腈-水 (30:70)为流动相,检测波长为 269nm.结果 盐酸氯胺酮在 31～310μg·ml-1范围内,其峰面积值与浓度具有良好的线性关系 (r=0.9991),该方法平均回收率为 97.4%.RSD为 0.66% (n=5).结论 该方法简便易行,精密度高、可做为该制剂的质量控制方法。 |

| Determination of the content of sustained-release ketamine hydrochloride tablets by high-performance liquid chromatography |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method of the content of sustained release ketamine hydrochloride tablets METHODS HPLC method was used with C18 column as stationary phase and acetonitrile-water(70:30)as mobile phase The detection wavelength was 269nm RESULTS The calibration curve is linear in the range of 31～310μg·ml-1 for ketamine hydrochloride The average recorery was 97.4% with RSD of 0.66%(n=5). CONCLUSION The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be used for the determ ination of the content of sustained3 release ketamine hydrochloride tablets. |
