| 中文摘要:目的 研究格拉司琼与2种抗癌药阿霉素及表阿霉素在生理盐水中的配伍稳定性。方法 用紫外分光光度法考察格拉司琼与上述2种药物在8h内的吸收度变化情况,同时观察外观、pH值及薄层层析检查。结果 在室温条件下,格拉司琼与阿霉素及表阿霉素在 0-8h内外观稳定,特殊峰吸收度、pH值无明显变化,薄层层析检查无新物质产生。结论 格拉司琼与阿霉素及表阿霉素在生理盐水中可以配伍使用。 |

| Study on mutual action of granisetron with pharmorubicin,doxorubicin |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the compatible stability of granisetron with two kinds of anticancer drugs(pharmorubicin,doxorubicin)in 0.9% NaCl solution.METHODS Absorption ratioes of compatible content of granisetron with pharmorubicin,doxorubicin were investigatal by ultrariolet spectrophotometry,and the pH,new substemces formed were determined by TLC.RESULTS There were no evident changes in appearance,pH and spectrum at room temperature 25℃ within 0～8 hours. There was no new substances formed by TLC.CONCLUSION Granisetron with pharmorubicin,doxorubicin in 0.9%NaCl can be used. |
