| 中文摘要:目的 建立接骨片中生药的显微和化学成分定性的质量控制标准。方法 对接骨片的主要组成药味当归、甘草、没药、自然铜、接骨木进行显微鉴定;同时应用薄层色谱法对其中的当归、甘草、没药进行化学成分定性鉴别。结果 薄层定性结果与显微鉴定相吻合。结论 实验结果表明,本方法简便易行,准确可靠,重复性和可鉴别性良好,可为该药品的质量控制提供科学依据。 |

| Study on the control of connect bone tablet's quality |

| Abstract:AIM Build up the stanndard of control of connect bone tablet's quility on identification of microscopic character and qualitative analysis of chemical composition.METHOD utilized some microscopic characters to identify and define the main drugs in the tablet. used the method of TLC to identify the chemical compositions of Dang Gui, Gan Cao and Mo Yao. RESULT Results of identification were similar on the microscopic character and TLC. CONCLUSION The results show that the methods are easy to operate, accurate and easy to repeat. They can provide scientific basis for control of the tablet's quality. |
