| 中文摘要:本文用24h动态血压监测方法观察了硝苯地平缓释片对高血压病人血压昼夜节律的作用,结果表明,与硝苯地平片相比,硝苯地平缓释片能选择性降低非构型高血压病人的夜间高血压,而对构型的夜间血压无显著影响。认为硝苯地平缓释片有改善高血压昼夜节律的作用。 |

| Effect of sustained-release nifedipine tablets on circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensive patients |

| Abstract:The 24-hour blood pressure monitoring method was used to observe the effect of sustained-release nifedipine tablets on circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The result showed that nocturnal blood pressure of non-dipper hypertension patients who had taken sustained release nifedipine tablets was decreased significantly, while normal nifedipine tablets had no this effect.We drew the conclusion that sustained-release nifedipine was able to improve the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensive patients. |
