| 中文摘要:本文用高效液相色谱法测定了8名健康志愿者单剂量口服尼莫地平软胶囊剂60mg和等剂量进口尼莫地平薄膜包衣片剂的生物利用度,结果表明两剂型的Tmax、Cmax、AUC均无显著差异(P>0.05),两剂型具生物等效性。 |

| Studies on bioavailability of nimodipine soft capsules in healthy volunteer |

| Abstract:A single oral dose of tablets or soft capsules of 60mg nimodipine was given to 8 healthy volunteers in a randomized crossover study.plasma levels were determined with HPLC method.The plasma concentration-time curve fitted 1-compartment open model,and 2 dose comparative Tmax,Cmax,AUC were not significantly different from that of the tablets(P>0.05).Although the sofe capsules could reach peak level faster,the bioavailability with same biological effect. |
