中文摘要:目的 修订玄膝荣筋散的定性和定量测定方法。方法 采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对川芎、穿山龙进行定性鉴别,HPLC法测定制剂中桂皮醛的含量。采用KR100-5C18 色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65),检测波长为290 nm。结果 TLC法能定性鉴别川芎、穿山龙。桂皮醛在0.0489~0.3260μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=1.00)。平均加样回收率为95.71%(RSD=1.78%)。结论 该法灵敏度高、专属性好、操作简便、重现性好。 |

Study on quality standard for Xuanxi Rongjin powder |

Abstract:Objective To revise the qualitative and quantitative determination methods of Xuanxi Rongjin powder. Methods TLC was used to qualitatively identify Chuanxiong and Chuanshanlong. The content of cinnamaldehyde in the preparation was determined by HPLC with KR100-5C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (35:65) and the detection wavelength was 290 nm. Results TLC can qualitatively identify Chuanxiong and Chuanshanlong. Cinnamaldehyde has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0489~0.3260 μg/ml (r=1.00), The average recovery was 95.71% (RSD=1.78%). Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good specificity, simple operation and good reproducibility. |
