中文摘要:目的 为用数据识别虎杖饮片的真伪及评价其质量提供技术支持。方法 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分析虎杖饮片提取物的指纹图谱,色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈(A-B);梯度洗脱;检测波长306 nm;流速1ml/min;柱温30℃;进样量20μl。结果 成功分离出虎杖饮片提取液中的虎杖苷、白藜芦醇、大黄素、大黄素甲醚等有效成分。结论 该方法稳定有效,具有良好的耐用性,对虎杖饮片的数据识别具有指导意义。 |

The fingerprint and durability study on various regions of Polygonum cuspidatum |

Abstract:Objective To study the fingerprint of Polygonum cuspidatum from various regions by HPLC and provide technical support for the identification. Methods HPLC conditions:the chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm); the mobile phase was 0.1% formic acid in water and acetonitrile(A-B); gradient elution; the detection wavelength was 306 nm; the flow rate was 1 ml/min; the column temperature was 30℃; injection volume was 20μl. Results The HPLC gradient conditions could effectively separate polydatin, resveratrol, emodin and emodin ether, etc. Conclusion This method is stable, effective and durable, which is instructive to the herbs data identification of Polygonum cuspidatum. |
