Research progress in the effect of CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms on drug metabolism |

Abstract:Drug metabolism and drug-drug interactions were associated with the single nucleotide polymorphisms of CYP. The relationship between CYP2C19 polymorphisms and metabolism as well as interactions of proton pump inhibitors, voriconazole and clopidogrel were reviewed to provide evidence for personalized medication. |
