中文摘要:目的 开展文殊兰新碱的全合成工作。 方法 以3,4-亚甲二氧基苯乙胺和2,5-二甲氧基苯乙酸为起始原料,经缩合、环合、还原和氧化等反应。 结果与结论 完成了文殊兰新碱的全合成,确定了其最佳合成路线,总收率为73%。 |

Total synthesis of the natural product of crinumaquine |

Abstract:Objective To complete the synthesis of the natural product of crinumaquine. Methods 3,4-methylenedioxyphenethylamine and 2,5-dimthoxyphenylacetic were taken as starting material, and chemical reactions of condensation, cyclization, reduction, oxidation and other reactions were conducted. Results and Conclusion The optimum synthetic route was determinedunder which the final yield rate was 73%. |
