| 中文摘要:目的 研究心脑宁片对地塞米松磷酸钠注射液致大鼠血瘀模型症状积分、血液K值、变性指数、电泳指数的影响。方法 取大鼠60只,随机均匀分为6组,其中1组为空白对照组,其余5组为大鼠造血瘀模型,分别为模型组、脑安片组、大、中、小剂量心脑宁片组。评价大鼠血瘀症状积分,测血液K值、变性指数、电泳指数。结果 造模成功,模型组和各给药组均出现显著血液症状(P<0.01);以大剂量心脑宁片组对血瘀症状的改善作用为好。大、中剂量心脑宁片组和脑安片组可显著降低K值(P<0.01);心脑宁片组可使变性指数显著变大(P<0.01);心脑宁片组可使电泳指数显著变大(P<0.01)。结论 心脑宁片有很好的改善血瘀的作用。 |

| Effect of Xinnaoning tablet on blood stasis model in rats |

| Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Xinnaoning tablets on blood stasis rat model which was caused to dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection with symptom score, K-value of blood, modified index, electrophoresis index.Methods 60 rats, were divided into 6 groups stochastically, and 1 group for vacuity contrast group, the other 5 groups for blood stasis model, the 5 groups were model group, Naoan tablets group, high dose, medium dose and low dose Xinnaoning tablets groups. Symptom score were evaluated, K-value of blood, Modified index, Electrophoresis index were measured.Results The Model was constructed successfully, model group and administrate groups had significant blood symptoms (P<0.01).The effect of high dose Xinnaoning tablets group to blood stasis rat model which was caused to dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection was best. High dose and medium dose Xinnaoning tablets groups could induce K-value significantly (P<0.01). Xinnaoning tablets groups could improve modified index and electrophoresis index significantly (P<0.01), and the effect of high dose and medium dose Xinnaoning tablets groups to blood stasis rat model which was caused to dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection were better.Conclusion Xinnaoning tablets had good improvement effect on blood stasis. |
