| 中文摘要:目的 探讨高危药品的管理办法,保证临床用药安全。方法 对医务人员进行高危药品知识的问卷调查,对各科室的高危药品管理进行检查,分析存在的问题及原因,制定相应的管理措施,并评价其效果。结果 本院医务人员对高危药品的认知度显著提高,高危药品放置不规则、标识不清、无专人管理、储存方法不当及药品过期等问题发生率明显减少。结论 提高医务人员对高危药品的认知度,采取针对性的管理措施,有效杜绝高危药品差错,避免患者受到严重伤害。 |

| Evaluation the control measurement of high-risk drugs in the hospital |

| Abstract:Objective To evaluate the measurements for high-risk drugs and ensure the safety of clinical use.Methods Hospital medical staffs were surveyed on high-risk drug knowledge and the management of high-risk drugs of each departments was checked, the problems and possible reasons were analyzed, and corresponding measures were decided to take.Results The high-risk drug awareness of medical staff was improved significantly.Issues such as placed improperly,not clear labeled and no special management,expired drugs and storage not fulfill the request occurred significantly less.Conclusion To improve medical staff awareness of high-risk drug using and carry on effective measures would be efficiently in clinical and avoid patients suffering from above-mentioned errors. |
