| 中文摘要:目的 综述定量核磁共振(quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance,qNMR)技术的基本原理,以及近10年来qNMR在中药分析领域的应用。方法 分析并综述10年内国内外有关定量核磁共振技术在中药分析应用的文献。结果 qNMR作为一种定量分析方法,专属性强、准确快捷。结论 qNMR技术可用于中药分析的诸多环节,如中药质量控制、中药活性成分体内定量分析等。 |

| Application progress in quantitative NMR in analysis of traditional Chinese medicine |

| Abstract:Objective To review the principle of qNMR and applications progress in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) analysis in recent ten years. Methods Literatures in recent ten years which concerning the application of qNMR technology in TCM analysis were reviewed. Results qNMR had high specificity and accuracy as a well-developed quantitative analysis method. Conclusion The qNMR had been used in many fields of TCM analysis, such as quality control, purity detection, quantification of active ingredients in vivo, and so on. |
