中文摘要:目的 明确小柴胡汤是否具有肝毒性及其毒性来源。方法 采用HPLC-TOF/MS法和MTT法对小柴胡汤化学成分和人肝癌细胞株(SMMC-7721)存活率进行测定,运用逐步法多元线性回归分析小柴胡汤影响人肝癌细胞株存活率的化学成分。结果 发现来自黄芩的可能毒性成分X3:白杨素-6-C-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖吡喃糖苷或其异构体。结论 该方法初步筛查出小柴胡汤潜在毒性成分,为小柴胡汤减毒配伍提供研究基础,从而优化处方,制定科学的制剂工艺,提高制剂质量。 |

Analysis of toxic ingredients of Xiao Chai Hu Tang |

Abstract:Objective To determine whether Xiao Chai Hu Tang have liver toxicity and the sources of toxicity. Methods HPLC-TOF/MS method and the MTT were used to assay the Xiao Chai Hu Tang chemical composition and the survival of SMMC-7721 cells, respectively. Then the stepwise multiple linear regression was used to analysis the chemical composition of Xiao Chai Hu Tang which affected SMMC-7721 cells survival. Results The possible toxic component were found from Scutellaria:X3, chrysin-8-C-β-D-glucose the pyrano base-6-C-α in-L-Arab pyran-glucosidase or its isomers. Conclusion The method initially found potentially toxic constituents of Xiao Chai Hu Tang, which provided a research base for Attenuated compatibility, in order to optimize the prescription, develop the preparation process of science, and improve the quality of the preparations. |
