| 中文摘要:目的 临床观察中药透皮吸收促进剂联合复方角菜酸酯栓治疗血栓外痔术后术区疼痛、岀血、水肿的疗效。方法 选择本院普外科病房的痔病患者,分为3组:治疗组采用中药透皮促进剂联合外用复方角菜酸酯栓治疗;对照组(1)采用热水熏洗联合外用复方角菜酸酯栓治疗,对照组(2)仅外用复方角菜酸酯栓进行治疗。3组均用药1周。结果 通过对2009年6月~2011年2月135例普外科病房病人入选研究发现,在术后第4天,治疗组的出血、疼痛改善明显好于对照组(1)和对照组(2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药透皮促进剂联合复方角菜酸酯栓治疗血栓外痔术后止血、止痛方面具有更好的疗效。 |

| Combination effect of traditional Chinese medicine penetration enhancers with titanoreine suppositories on treatment of external dissection for thrombotic external hemorrhoids |

| Abstract:Objective To detect the effect of traditional Chinese medicine penetration enhancers with titanoreine suppositories on the treatment of external dissection for thrombotic external hemorrhoids. Methods 90 outpatients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=45) and the control group (n=45). The treatment groups were treated by traditional Chinese medicine penetration enhancers with titanoreine suppositories, on the while, the control group's were only treated by titanoreine suppositories. After a course of treatment, the general efficacy, reducing blood-stasis and swelling and alleviating anal pain were observed. Statistical analysis was conducted. Results The blooding and pain indicator of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group in the 4th day after external dissection. (P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment of Chinese medicine penetration enhancers combined with titanoreine suppositories hada better efficacy. |
