中文摘要:目的 首次应用高效液相色谱方法建立同时测定水辣蓼药材中槲皮素和槲皮苷含量的测定方法。方法 VertiSep GES C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5.0 μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-甲酸水(0.1%,V/V)(19:81)等度洗脱,流速1 ml/min, 检测波长为350 nm,柱温:30℃。结果 槲皮素和槲皮苷分别在4.827~80.455 μg/ml和2.934~48.900 μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r=0.999 9,r=0.999 7, n=5), 平均回收率分别为97.98%、98.29%,RSD分别为1.91%、1.84%(n=9)。结论 本方法准确、简便, 重复性好, 可用于水辣蓼中槲皮素和槲皮苷的含量测定。 |

Determination of two flavones in Polygonum hydropiper Linn |

Abstract:To established the HPLC method for simultaneously determination of quercitin and quercitrin in Polygonum hydropiper Linn. Methods A VertiSep GES C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5.0 μm)column was adopted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid water(19:81) at the flow rate of 1 ml/min and the column temperature was set at 30℃.The detection wavelength was 350 nm. Results The linear range of quercitin and quercitrin was 4.827~80.455 μg/ml(r=0.999 9, n=5) and 2.934~48.900 μg/ml (r=0.999 7, n=5), respectively, and the average recovery(n=9) was 97.98%,98.29%, RSD was 1.91%,1.84% respectively. Conclusions The method was accurate, simple, reproducible, and could be used to determine the contents of quercitin and quercitrin in Polygonum hydropiper Linn. |
