中文摘要:目的 建立淡豆豉药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱(HPLC-FPS),为其质量控制提供依据。方法 应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),利用反相色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相:乙腈-3%冰乙酸梯度洗脱,流速:1 ml/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:261 nm,进样量:10 μl。结果 不同产地淡豆豉在化学成分方面具有明显相似性,可建立淡豆豉的指纹图谱。结论 建立的HPLC指纹图谱可用于淡豆豉的质量评价。

Study on HPLC fingerprint of Semen Sojae Preparatum(SSP)
Abstract:To establish a HPLC fingerprint method for Semen Sojae Preparatumto quality control. Methods HPLC analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was used in gradient elution consisted of methanol-water(3% acetic acid),the flow rate was 1.0 ml /min, column temperature was 30℃ and UV detected was set at 261 nm,the sample weight:10 μl.Results The compound composition of different SSP origins was obviously comparable, which could be determined by HPLC fingerprint of the SSP.Conclusion This method could be utilized as a quality control measurement for SSP.
