Abstract:Nanostructured lipid carrier,which could enhance the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs,was a kind of promisingoral delivery systems for insoluble drugs.The preparation,characterization, drug release in vitro and the mechanism of NLC for enhancing the bioavailability of poorly soluble were reviewed in this paper. |
