中文摘要:目的 建立测定葛花中鸢尾苷和鸢尾苷元含量的高效液相色谱方法。 方法 采用美国Agilent-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-乙腈-水(2∶1∶2)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为264 nm,柱温为室温。 结果 鸢尾苷在2.0 ~120.0 μg/ml呈线性关系,r=0.999 8;平均加样回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.9%;鸢尾苷元在0.8~80.0 μg/ml呈线性关系,r=0.99 |

Determination of tectoridin and tectorigenin in Flos Puerariae lobata by HPLC |

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Tectoridin and Tectorigenin in Flos Puerariae lobata. Method The separation was performed on Agilent -C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),using a mobile phase with methanol-acetonitrile-water(2∶1∶2). Flow rate was 1.0ml/min,the detection wavelength was set at 264 nm. Column temperature was ambient temperature. Result The linear range of tectoridin was 2.0 ~120.0 μg/ml,r=0.999 8.The average recovery was 99.7%,RSD was 1.9%;The linear range of tectorigenin was 0.8 ~80.0 μg/ml,r=0.998 6.The average recovery was 99.4%,RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion The method was simple ,accurate,reliable with a good repeatability,which could be used to determinate of tectoridin and tectorigenin in Flos Puerariae lobata. |
