| 中文摘要:目的 运用硫酸钡比浊法测定日高昆布中褐藻糖胶硫酸根的含量。方法 采用硫酸钡比浊法,通过分光光度计检测到最大吸收波长为360 nm;在此波长下测定褐藻糖胶中硫酸根的含量。结果 硫酸根在60~120 μg范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.990 9),测得褐藻糖胶中硫酸根的含量为(20.52±0.57)％;方法学符合测定要求。结论 该方法简单、准确、快速、灵敏度较高,适用于海藻多糖硫酸根含量的测定。 |

| Determination of the sulfate content in sulfated fucans by barium sulfate turbidity |

| Abstract:Objective To determine the sulfate content in sulfated fucans (FPS) by Barium sulfate turbidity. Methods With spectrophotometer at 360 nm, the sulfate content was determined by Barium Sulfate Turbidity. Results There was a good linearity (r2=0.990 9) when the sulfate content was within the range of 60~120 μg. Sulfate content of FPS was (20.52±0.57)% under the determination method.Methodology met the measurement requirement. Conclusion The method was proved to be reliable, quick, sensitive and applicable. |
