| 中文摘要:目的 探讨Meta分析方法在临床药学工作中的应用和经验。 方法 检索MEDLINE、ScienceDirect等数据库,总结文献和本人应用Meta分析方法的实例,进行综合、分析、归纳。 结果 证实Meta分析方法在药物的疗效比较、药物疗效与不良反应的再评价、超说明书使用的求证、联合用药与单一用药之间的区别等方面都有较好的应用。 结论 药物使用合理性的判断需要临床药师查阅文献找寻答案,对于相同问题先后有许多类似研究的情况,可以通过查阅用Meta分析进行整合后的文献,就可得出对该问题的全面认识。 |

| The application of Meta analysis in clinical pharmacy |

| Abstract:Objective To discuss the application and the use experience of the Meta analysis in clinical pharmacy. Methods MEDLINE,ScienceDirect and other databases were searched. The literature and examples of Meta analysis application were summarized, synthesized, and analyzed. Results It was comfirmed that Meta analysis could be used well in the efficacy of the drug comparison,drug efficacy and adverse reactions re-evaluation,ultra drug direction usage provement, combination drug therapy and single drug therapy efficacy comparison,et al. Conclusion To judge the rationality of the drug use, clinical pharmacists should search the literature to find the answers. For the same problem, there had been many similar studies of the situation,clinical pharmacists could seach and read the literatures integrated with Meta analysis, then come to a full understanding of the problem. |
