中文摘要:目的 对藏药绵毛丛菔Solms-Laubachia lanata Botsch根部甲醇提取物的化学成分进行分离鉴定。 方法 利用普通硅胶柱色谱方法进行分离、纯化,并经核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外(IR)等现代波谱技术确定其结构。 结果 从绵毛丛菔的甲醇提取物乙酸乙酯部位获得4个化合物,其结构被确定为: β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),棕榈酸(Ⅱ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ),3α ,24-二羟基-齐敦果-12-烯-28-甲酯 (IV)。其中化合物(I)、(III)、(IV)为首次从丛菔属植物中分离得到。 |

Study on chemical constituents from Solms-Laubachia lanata |

Abstract:Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the root of Solms-Laubachia lanata Botsch. Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography. The structures of the were compounds elucidated by spectroscopic analysis (NMR and MS). Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol, Hexadecontanoic acid, daucosteol, 3α, 24-dihydroxyl-oleanane-12-ene-28-methyl ester. Hexadecontanoic acid, daucosteol, 3α, 24-dihydroxyl-oleanane-12-ene-28-methyl ester were isolated from Solms-Laubachia lanata Botsch for the first time. |
