| 中文摘要:目的 分析医院药房用药差错的具体情况,为进一步规范医院药房管理提供借鉴。 方法 结合我院药师工作中的实例,分析药房用药差错的原因,提出防止用药差错的措施及对策。 结果与结论 个人因素与管理体系的漏洞导致了差错的产生,应加强个人素质的培养,加大管理力度,完善用药差错控制管理办法,提高医院整体用药水平。 |

| Analysis and prevention of medication error in outpatient pharmacy |

| Abstract:Objective To analysis the medication errors and provide prevention methods. Methods The reason of concrete medication error examples in our hospital were analyzed. The policies to prevent medication errors were put forward. Results and conclusion The flaws of personality elements and manage systems lead to the medication errors. The control policies of culture the staff nature, strengthen management and perfect the medication error should be raised to improve reasonable drug use and the whole hospital pharmaceuticals care. |
