中文摘要:目的:从战时的实际情况出发,运用科学的方法剖析药品遴选的原理,建立一套科学合理、并且实用的评估方法,遴选出满足战伤救治和勤务要求的药品,为选择适合战时配备的创伤镇痛药品提供依据。方法:运用文献检索及专家咨询的方法确立符合镇痛药品战时勤务需求的评价指标。根据药品的镇痛作用和性能,以及战时勤务保障要求,建立评价中枢性镇痛药品相对优劣的灰色关联分析模型,对多种镇痛药品进行综合评价,从中遴选出最适合战时使用的镇痛药品。结果:确立了5个符合镇痛药品战时勤务需求的评价指标:包括:镇痛强度(M1);起效时间(M2);药效维持时间(M3);一次剂量单价(M4);勤务评分(M5)。应用所建立的灰色关联分析模型,通过模型测算得到10种镇痛药品的关联度排序,得出最适合战时配备的镇痛药品,二氢埃托啡舌下片或舒芬太尼注射液。结论:灰色关联分析模型提供了一种综合评价的手段,适合于对同类药品相对优劣的评定,但在实际运用中尚需进行敏感性分析与进一步论证。 |

Selection of medicine for battle wound treatment based on Grey Correlation Model |

Abstract:Objective To establish an and quantized method for the selection of analgesics for battle wound treatment.Methods 5 evaluation indexes including analgesic activity,time to onset,holding time,unit price and wartime duty index were chosen through correlated references and experts consultation.Grey Correlation Model was used to calculate the Relevancy of 10 analgesics.Results Dihydroetorphine is the most suitable one for battle wound treatment which has the maximal Relevancy among 10 analgesics.Conclusion Grey Correlation Model could be used to realize the selection of medicine for battle wound treatment. |
