中文摘要:目的:研究百合科葱属植物葱Allium fistulosum L.的干燥成熟种子的化学成分。方法:采用多种柱色谱方法:进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和1H-NMR、13C-NMR、ESI-MS等波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从葱子水提取物的50%乙醇大孔树脂洗脱部位中分离得到了6个化合物,分别鉴定为,壬二酸(Ⅰ),阿魏酸(Ⅱ),香草酸(Ⅲ),对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅳ),(R)-(+)-2-羟基-3-苯基丙酸(Ⅴ),对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅵ)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从葱子中分离得到。 |

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of Semen Allii Fistulosi.Methods The constituents were isolated and purificated by column chromatography.The structures of the constituents were elucidated by spectral and chemical Methods.Results Six compounds were obtained from the water extract of Semen Allii Fistulosi.Structures of compounds were determined as azelaic acid(I),ferulic acid(II),vanillic acid(III),2-methoxyhy droquinone(IV),(R)-(+)-2-hydroxy-3-phenylpropanoic acid(V) and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(VI).Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from Semen Allii Fistulosi for the first time. |
