中文摘要:目的:筛选镰形棘豆总黄酮霜剂的处方,并考察各产品的稳定性。方法:选取组成不同的水包油(O/W)乳膏基质,采用研和法制备霜剂。采用外观、显微观察、含量变化等方面评价各处方的优劣及产品的稳定性。结果:以硬脂酸3g、白凡士林3g、单硬脂酸甘油酯1 g、司盘-60 0.8 g、液体石蜡4.5 g为油相,吐温-80 2.5 g、甘油5 g、尼泊金0.1 g、蒸馏水40ml为水相制得的霜剂具有良好的稳定性,易涂抹、易清洗,质量稳定。结论:镰形棘豆总黄酮霜剂的处方得到了优选,产品质量稳定。 |

Study on the formulation and stability of the total flavones cream of Oxytropis falcata |

Abstract:Objective To study the formulation and stability of the total flavonoids cream from Oxytropis falcata.Methods The oil in water(O/W) cream matrixes with different compositions were studied.The quality and stability of the creams were evaluated by appearance inspection,microscopic observation and content alteration.Results The optimal cream bases contains: stearic acid 3 g,white vaseline 3 g,satiric-glycerol ester 1 g,span-60 0.8 g,liquid paraffine 4.5 g as the oil phase,tween-80 2.5 g,glycerol 5 g,methyl p-hydroxybenzoate 0.1 g,and distilled water 40 ml as the aqueous phase.The cream possessed the best character of lubrication,exquisition,stability and was easy to be used and cleaned.Conclusion The formulation of the total flavonoids cream of Oxytropis falcata was optimized with stable quality. |
