中文摘要:目的:比较通过不同的提取方法得到的牡丹皮挥发油成分上的差异。方法:分别用水蒸气蒸馏法和乙醚超声萃取法提取牡丹皮挥发油,进行气相-质谱(GC-MS)分析。结果:采用水蒸气蒸馏法挥发油得率为1.2%,被鉴定的成分有17个;乙醚超声萃取法挥发油得率为2.5%,被鉴定的成分有20个。两者共有成分5个。结论:两种提取方法所得牡丹皮挥发油成分存在差异但也有共同特征,乙醚超声萃取法挥发油得率更高,成分更加全面。 |

Comparative study on extraction of essential oil from Cortex Moutan by steam distillation and ethyl ether ultrasonic |

Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the difference of essential oil from Cortex Moutan extracted by different method.Methods Steam distillation and ethyl ehter ultrasonic were used to extract the essential oil from Cortex Moutan which were analyzed by GC-MS.Results The extraction rate of essential oil by steam distillation was 1.2%,and 17 compounds were identified.The extraction rate of essential oil by ethyl ehter ultrasonic was 2.5%,and 20 compounds were identified.There were 5 compounds were extracted by both method.Conclusion The essential oil extracted by two Methods have differences but common characteristics in some way.The ethyl ether ultrasonic had higher extraction rate with more chemical constituents. |
