| 中文摘要:目的建立气相色谱(GC)法同时测定复方麝香草酚搽剂中樟脑、麝香草酚含量的方法。方法采用DB-624弹性石英毛细管柱程序升温法。结果2组分能很好分离;樟脑、麝香草酚分别在0.208 7~2.087、0.114 0~1.140 mg/m l浓度范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率分别为99.6%(RSD=0.9%)、99.6%(RSD=1.9%)。结论本方法准确、灵敏,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 |

| Content determination of compound thymol liniment by GC |

| Abstract:Objective To establish a method of GC for determinating the content of compound thymol liniment: camphor and thymol.Methods The determination was carried out on a DB-624 capillary column with sequential increase of temperature programming.Results The two constituents had good resolution.The linear range of camphor and thymol were 0.2087 ～2.087 and 0.1140～1.140 mg/ml,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.6%(RSD=0.9%),99.6%(RSD=1.9%),respectivety.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation. |
