中文摘要:目的:研究酸枣仁的化学成分。方法:采用乙醇提取,硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从酸枣仁中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(Ⅰ)、苯丙氨酸(Ⅱ)、甘油(Ⅲ)、异当药黄素(Ⅳ)、正二十六酸(Ⅴ)、槲皮素(Ⅵ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅴ~Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Studies on the chemical constituents of the Seeds of Zizyphus jujuba Mill
Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the seeds of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.Methods:Multi-chromatographic methods including silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel permeation were employed for the isolation and purification.The structures were identified on the basis of chemical reaction and spectral analisis.Results:Seven compounds were isolated and identified as stigmast-4-en-3-one,phenylalanine,glycerol,isoswertis,hexacosanoic acid,quercetin and nolic acid.Conclusion:Compound 5,6 and 7 were isolated from the seeds of Zizyphus jujuba Mil1for the first time.
