| 中文摘要:目的:采用近红外漫反射光谱技术,对3种样品进行快速鉴别,为微球的鉴别提供新的手段。方法:采用聚类分析方法进行定性鉴别。结果:聚类分析结果显示3种样品可完全区分。结论:该方法简便、快速、低消耗,可用于微球的鉴别与质量控制。 |

| Identification of microsphere with clustering analysis by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry |

| Abstract:Objective: To establish a clustering analysis of microsphere by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry.Methods: Near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy combined with clustering analysis was used in the identification of microsphere.Results:The results of clustering analysis are obviously different,and the three samples of microspheres can be distinguished.Conclusions:This method is rapid,simple,low cost and can be used in the identification and quality control of microsphere. |
