中文摘要:目的:对芫花条的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对芫花乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部分进行化学成分研究,并利用UV,IR,¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR,MS等光谱技术鉴定其化学结构。结果:从芫花条中分离得到了6个香豆素类化合物,经鉴定为伞形花内酯（1）、双白瑞香素（2）、瑞香素（3）、edgeworthin（4）、结香素（5）、伞形花内酯7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（6）。结论:化合物3～6为首次从芫花条中分得的香豆素类化合物。

Coumarins from the branches of Daphne genkwa

Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the branches of Daphne genkwa Sieb.et Zucc.Methods:Column chromatography on Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,and recrystallization were used for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidences.Results:From the crude CHCl₃ fraction of the EtOH extract of the branches of D.genkwa,6 coumarins were isolated and identified,which were umbelliferone（1）,daphnoretin （2）,daphnetin（3）,edgeworthin（4）,edgeworin（5）,and umbelliferone-7-O-β-D-glycoside（6）.Conclusion:ICompounds 3～6 were isolated and identified from the branches of Daphne genkwa for the first time.
