| 中文摘要:目的:建立复方补骨脂冲剂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(50:50),检测波长为246 nm。结果:补骨脂素在1.88-30.10μg/mL之间呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.56%,RSD为1.83%;异补骨脂素浓度在1.52-24.30μg/mL之间呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.82%,RSD为2.01%。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于复方补骨脂冲剂的质量控制。 |

| Determinnation of psoralen and isopsoralen in Compound Buguzhi granule by HPLC |

| Abstract:Objective:To establish the determination method of the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in compound Buguzhi granule.Methods:A HPLC method was adopted.This analysis was carried on a column of Waters RP-C18 with a mobile phase of water-methanol at the ratio of 5050.The detection wavelength was 246nm.Results:Within the range of 1.88～30.10 μg/mL,psoralen assumed fine linear relation between sample size and response,the average recovery was 98.56%,and RSD was 1.83%;within the range of 1.52～24.30 μg/mL,isopsoralen assumed fine linear relation between sample size and response,the average recovery was 97.82%,and RSD was 2.01%.Conclusion:This Method is simple,reliable and accurate and can be used in the quality control of Compound Buguzhi granule. |
