中文摘要:目的:制备诺氟沙星金属盐类新化学单体及观察其体外抑菌活性。方法:以诺氟沙星及数种金属盐为原料进行化学合成,以固体培养基平板药敏试验方法对合成品作体外抑菌试验观察其活性。结果:完成诺氟沙星银、诺氟沙星锌、诺氟沙星铈、诺氟沙星钴、诺氟沙星铋5种金属盐的合成及其初步质量标准考察。结论:体外抑菌实验表明,诺氟沙星银、诺氟沙星锌、诺氟沙星铈、诺氟沙星钴、诺氟沙星铋对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌的抑制作用明显高于磺胺嘧啶银。

Synthesis and bacteriostatic activity of the metallic salts of norfloxacin in vitro
Abstract:Objective:To synthesize metallic salts of norfloxacin(NFLO) and evaluate their bacteriaostatic activities in vitro.Methods: The compounds were syntherized from the starting material norfloxacin and metallic salts.The bateriostatic activities of these new compounds were tested.Results: Five new compounds(NFLO-Ag,,NFLO-Zn,NFLO-Ce,NFLO-Co,NFLO-Bi) were produced and their primary quality criteria were established.Conclusions: The bateriostatic tests showed that these new compounds exhibit more potent antimicrobial activities than sliver sulfadiazine against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
