| 中文摘要:目的:建立葛根滴丸中葛根素含量的测定方法。方法:以30％乙醇溶液超声溶解葛根滴丸中葛根素, 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)外标法测定葛根素含量,其中固定相为Kromasil C18,流动相为乙腈:水=10: 90,UV检测波长为250nm,流速为1mL／min,柱温为室温。结果:葛根素溶液浓度范围在10-200μg／mL时与其吸收值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.76％,RSD=1.12％。结论:该法具有良好的准确性、精密性,方法简便,结果可靠。 |

| Determination of puerarin in puerariae radix dripping pills by HPLC |

| Abstract:Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of puerarin in radix puerariae dripping pills. Methods:The radix puerariae dripping pills were dissolved with 30% alcohol by ultrasonic wave. The puerarin was separated by Kromasil C18 analysis column. The mobile phase was composed of acetonltrile : water = 10 : 90( V/V). The flow rate of mobile phase was 1mL/min. The detection wavelength was UV 250nm. Results:There was a good linearity from 10 μg/mL to 200 μg/mL (r=0.999 8) in separation of puerarin. The average recovery was 100. 76% and the relative standard deviation 1. 12% (n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple and fast, and the results are reliale. |
