| 中文摘要:目的 建立脑脉通口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱方法,以YWG-C18色谱柱为固定相;乙腈-0.15%磷酸(1:2)为流动相;UV检测,检测波长为205nm;流速为1.0ml/min.结果 回收率分别为92.4%～97.3%.RSD为1.5%,能满足质量标准的控制要求.结论 该方法简便可行,准确可靠. |

| Determination of astragaloside in Naomaitong oral liquid by HPLC |

| Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of astragaloside in Naomartong oral liquid. Methods Astragaloside can be determined on YWG-C18 with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.15% H3PO4(1:2) and detected by UV at 205nm. Results The average recovery was 92.4%～97.3%. RSD was 1.5%. Conclusions The method is accurate and simple. |
