| 中文摘要:目的 探讨复方鲨鱼软骨素对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法 采用动物移植性肿瘤S180实体瘤为实验模型,选用BALB/C小鼠进行碳廓清和DNCB迟发型超敏反应实验,并观察其对免疫器官的影响.结果 复方鲨鱼软骨素高、中、低3个剂量组能使小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能增强;高、中剂量组能增强小鼠DNCB所致迟发型超敏反应;中、低刺量组能使胸腺和脾指数增加.结论 复方鲨鱼软骨素能改善荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能. |

| The effect of complex shark cartilage on immune function in tumor-bearing mice |

| Abstract:Objective To study the the effect of complex shark cartilage on immune function in tumor-bearing mice. Methods The carbon clearance, DBFB delayed hypersensitivity, and immune organs were examined in tumor-bearing BALB/C mice.Results Complex shark cartilage enhanced significantly the carbon clearance and DBFB delayed hypersensitivity and markedly increased the index of spleen and thymus in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion complex shark cartilage may enhance the suppressed immune function in tumor-bearing mice. |
