| 中文摘要:目的 探讨阿奇霉素、米诺环素(美满霉素)和氟罗沙星3种药物治疗方案用于男性非淋菌性尿道炎的经济效果。方法 药物经济学成本-效果分析方法。结果 阿奇霉素治愈率最高(89.29%),而治愈率达到100%时所需追加的费用为最低。结论 阿奇霉素治疗方案是3种治疗男性非淋菌性尿道炎方案中的最佳方案。 |

| Cost-effectiveness analysis of three drugs in treatment of male non-gonococcal urethritis |

| Abstract:Objective To evaluate the economic effects of azithromycin, minoeycline and fleroxacin in treatment of male non-gonococcal urethritis.Methods The evaluation was conducted by pharmacoeconomical cost-effectiveness analysis.Results The cure rate (89.29%) of azithromycin was the highest, and its additional cost was the lowest when the cure rate reached to 100%.Conclusion The best scheme was azithromycin in treatment of male non-gonococcal urethritis. |
