| 中文摘要:目的 建立HPLC法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘苷含量的方法。方法 采用LUNA C18(2)色谱柱,乙腈-水 (25:75)为流动相,流速0.9mL/min,检测波长为277nm,外标法定量。结果 连翘苷线性范围为0.46～2.3μg,平均回收率为100.06%,RSD为1.0%。 结论 该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 |

| Determination of forsythin in Kangbingdu oral liquid by HPLC |

| Abstract:Objective To establish a method of HPLC for determination of forsythin in Kangbingdu oral liquid.Methods A LUNA C18 (2) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(25:75).The flow rate was 0.9mL/min.The detection wavelength was set as 277nm. Results The linear range of forsythin was 0.46～2.3μg,and the average recovery rate was 100.06%,RSD=1.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, and accurate and can be applied to the quality control of preparation. |
