| 中文摘要:目的 建立复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中樟脑的含量测定方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法,于(292±1)nm波长处直接测定樟脑的含量。结果 在1.62～3.24mg/mL的浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9992,平均回收率100.06%,RSD为1.29%。结论 方法简便、快速、准确。 |

| Determination of camphor in compound menthol nasal drops by ultraviolet spectrophotometry |

| Abstract:Objective To establish a quantitative analysis method for camphor in compound menthol nasal drops.Methods The camphor was determined directly at (292±1)nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range from 1.62～3.24mg/mL with r=0.9992,the average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.06% and 1.29% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate. |
