| 中文摘要:目的 总结东菱精纯克栓酶治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 118例(130耳)明确诊断患者,随机分为两组(治疗组和对照组),治疗组在对照组的基础上加用东菱精纯克栓酶注射液,两组疗程为2周。结果 治疗组总有效率85.0%,对照组总有效率65.0%,两组疗效有显著差异(P <0.05 )。结论 东菱精纯克栓酶可提高突发性耳聋的治疗疗效。 |

| Preliminary clinical observation of DF-521 in treatment of sudden deafness |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of application of DF-521 on sudden deafness.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients(130 ears) with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups(DF-521 group and control group), Beside intravenous adiministration of DF-521, another treatments in DF-521 group were the same as that in control group including 6% Dextran-40, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, TTFD,ATP,CoA and dexamethasone.Result The total efficacy of DF-521 group was 85.0% and total efficacy of control group(P<0.05) was 65.0%.Conclusion The application of DF-521 can significantly improve the effect of treatment on sudden deafness. |
