| 中文摘要:目的 为了准确测定水飞蓟宾单磷酸酯钠的含量。方法 采用薄层层析对水飞蓟宾和水飞蓟宾单磷酸酯钠进行分离,用紫外分光光度法测定水飞蓟宾单磷酸酯钠的含量,测定波长 288nm。结果 线性范围 5～30μg/mL,相关系数为 0.9996,平均回收率为 98.93%,<>iRSD为 1.12%。结论 本法能有效消除水飞蓟宾对测定的干扰,准确测定水飞蓟宾单磷酸酯钠的真实含量。 |

| Determination of sodium salt of 11-phosphate by TLC-UV spectrophotometry |

| Abstract:Objective To determine the content of sodium salt of 11-phosphate. Methods Silybin and sodium salt of 11-phosphate were separated by TLC. The content of sodium salt of 11-phosphate in solution was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The detection wavelength was 288nm. Results The linear rang was 5～30μg/mL(r=0.9996).The recovery was 98.93%(n=5),RSD was 1.12%. Conclusion The method can eliminate the interference of silybin, the result was accurate. |
