| 中文摘要:目的 建立一种新方法来检测卷烟烟丝和烟气中补骨脂的二种主要成分-补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。方法 采用固相微萃取顶空取样和气相色谱-质谱-选择离子检测法。结果 成功检测到了卷烟烟丝和烟气中的补骨脂的主要成分-补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。结论 本方法灵敏度高,重现性好,对目标化合物能实现简便、快速地检测。 |

| Detection of two main components of Psoralea corylifolia as additive in the cigarette by SPME-GC-MS-SIM |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a new method to detect the two components of Psoralea corylifolia as a additive in cigarette and smoke. METHODS The SPME-GC-MS-SIM was used. RESULTS:The components(psoralen,isopsoralen)have been detected respectively. CONCLUSION The method has high sensitivity and fine repeatability. It can be applied to detect objects rapidly and simply. |
