| 中文摘要:目的 介绍头孢哌酮眼膏剂的制备和质量控制。方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果 检测波长为298nm,线性范围为0.8～4.8μg·mL-1,该方法测得平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.32%。结论 该眼膏剂制备工艺可行,紫外分光光度法测定含量方法简便、快速、准确。 |

| Preparation of cefoperazone ointment |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To prepare and establish quality standards of cefoperazone ointment. METHODS UV-spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of cefoperazone ointment. RESULTS The absorbance at 298nm showed a linear relationship in range of 0.8～4.8ug·mL-1, with mean recovery of 99.3%, RSD of 0.32%. CONCLUSIONS The method is accurate, simple, rapid and can be used to determine the content of cefoperazone ointment. |
