| 中文摘要:目的 测定复方红霉素醇溶液中的红霉素含量。方法 采用比色法和旋光法两种方法测定。结果 两种测定方法红霉素的平均回收率分别为99.27%,RSD=O.48%;99.45%,RSD=0.84%。结论 比色法比旋光法的测定更灵敏,结果更准确。 |

| Determination of erythromycin in compound erythromycin alcoholic solution |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To measuring the content of erythromycin in compound erythromycin alcoholic solution. METHODS Colorimetric and polarimetric analysis were used. RESULTS: The average recoveries of two methods were 99.27%,RSD=0.48% and 99.45%,RSD=0.84% respectively. CONCLUSIONS The two methods were simple and exact. The colorimetric analysis is more sensitive and exact compared with the polarimetry analysis. |
