| 中文摘要:目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定黄芩及其制剂中黄芩苷的含量。方法 在Spherisorb C18柱上。以甲醇-水-磷酸 (51:49:0.1)为流动相,紫外检测波长 278nm,外标法定量。结果 线性范围 5.0～80.0μg/ml-1(r=0.9999).方法回归方程为A=32365.56C-1997.75,平均加样回收率为 97.85% (n=5),精密度试验RSD=0.86% (n=6).结论 本方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为该制剂中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。 |

| Determination of baicalin in Qinlingzi vagina perfusate by RP-HPLC |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a reversed-phase HPLC method for determination of contents of baicalin in Qinlingzi vagina perfusate.METHODS RP-HPLC analysis was carried out by using spheridorb C18 column and methanol water-phosphoie(51:49:0.1) as the mobile the detection wavelength was 278nm. The concentratinn of baiealin was quantified by external standard. RESULTS The method was linear with the range of 5.0-80.0μg·ml-1,the regression equation was A=32365.56C-1997.75, r=0.9999(n=5),the average recovery was 97.85%(n=5) and the RSD was 0.86%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is convenient, rapid and reproducible, it may be used for the quantitative determination of baicalin in Qinlingzi vagina perfusate. |
