| 中文摘要:目的 研究复方姜黄挥发油中空栓对妇科疾病的治疗作用。方法 设计复方姜黄挥发油中空栓的处方和制备工艺;测定重量差异、融变时限、应力等。结果 测定结果均符合2000年版中国药典规定。家兔阴道刺激性实验证明,本品对阴道粘膜无刺激性。治疗56例霉菌性阴道炎,治愈率50%、显效率25%,有效率16.07%,总有效率为91.07%。结论 复方姜黄挥发油中空栓对霉菌性阴道炎有较好的治疗作用。 |

| Inhibiting Effection on Gynecopathy by Hollow Liquid Suppository of Curcuma Volatile Oil Compound |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effection of hollow liquid suppository of curcuma volatile oil compound on gynecopathy. METHODS To introduce the prescription and the manufacturing process of hollow liquid suppository of curcuma volatile oil compound, and determine it's difference of weight, time in melt and force to breakage. RESULTS:The results of the determination were up to the stipulation of 95th pharmacopeia. The suppository was non irritation on vaginal mucomembrance in rabbit experiment and used in 56 cases of mycosis vaginitis which the cure rate was 50%,rate of effective was 16.07% and the total effective rate was 91.07%. CONCLUT-SION:The hollow liquid suppository of curcuma volatile oil compound are effective on gynecopathy. |
