| 中文摘要:目的 研究三合胃药对小鼠和大鼠实验性胃溃疡的防治效果。方法 分别制作小鼠束缚水浸法应激型、利血平型胃溃疡和大鼠幽门结扎型、乙酸烧灼型胃溃疡模型。三合胃药在造型前或造型后给药,并设相应的生理盐水和西咪替丁对照组。结果 三合胃药能明显抑制溃疡形成、缩小溃疡面、抑制胃酸分泌、降低胃蛋白酶活性,作用与西咪替丁相似。结论 三合胃药对胃溃疡模型有良好的防治作用。 |

| Study on preclinical pharmacodynamics of San-he-wei-yao |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effects of San-he-wei-yao on gastric ulcer in mice and rats. METHODS The models of gastric ulcer were induced by restraint plus water-immersion,reserpine in mice and by pylorus ligation and acetic acid in rats respectively.San-he-wei-yao was given before or after gastric ulcer induction.RESULTS San-he-wei-yao inhibited dose-dependently development of the ulcers.The ulcer size,gastric
acid production and pepsin activity were signif icantly decreased by both San-he-wei-yao and cimet idine.CONCLUSION San-he-wei-yao possesses ideal effects on gastric ulcer models. |
