| 中文摘要:目的 建立克拉霉素胶囊的含量测定方法。方法 用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Kromasil-100 C18 4.6mm×250mm,5u;流动相:乙腈-1/15mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(55:45);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:210nm.结果 克拉霉素在25.50～150.00μg/ml范围内线性关系良好。r=0.9996,RSD=0.8%.精密度及回收率结果良好,结果与药典方法一致。结论 本法简便、准确、可行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the content of clarithromycin capsules.METHODS High performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet detection at 210nm were used.RESULTS Good linearity,precision and recovery were obtained.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurately. |
