| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare the feasbility of two methods in clinic.METHODS Rabbit plasma and sheep plasma were adopted to determine the potency of heparin sodium.RESULTS Sheep plasma method was easier than rabbit plasma.CONCLUSION We should adopt sheep plasma method to determine heprin sodium. |
